biggest and most effective trade show on F&B. In 2025, as it celebrates its
25th year, WOFEX is launching a new back-to-back show.

General Guidelines

Confirmation of Registration entitles the Competitor a 3-day FULL Entry at the Show.

  • -Must have a Team that consists of 3 Adult Individuals

    -Only 1hr to finish the cake

    -By application only. If accepted, registration fee is P4000.

    -Total of 4 Teams: Ranking will be Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up and 3rd Runner-up

    -Total of 6 Competing Teams but ONLY 1 winner will be chosen for the title Cake Wars Champion – Sculpted Cake Category

    -Members of the winning Team will get P15000 cash prize, Sucere products, Certificate and medal. All 2nd and 3rd runner ups will receive medals and certificates only. 4th place will receive a certificate only.

  • -Must have a Team that consists of 3 Adult Individuals

    Only 1hr to finish the cake

    -By application only. If accepted, registration fee is P4000.

    -Total of 4 Teams: Ranking will be Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up and 3rd Runner-up

    -Total of 6 Competing Teams but ONLY 1 winner will be chosen for the title Cake Wars Champion – Hyper-realistic Cake Category

    -Members of the winning Team will get P15000 cash prize, Sucere products, Certificate and medal. All 2nd and 3rd runner ups will receive medals and certificates only. 4th place will receive a certificate only.

  • -Must have a Team that consists of 3 Adult Individuals belonging to a Facebook Group

    -Specific theme given on the day

    -Only 1hr to finish the cake

    -By application only. If accepted, registration fee is P4000.

    -Total of 4 Teams: Ranking will be Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up and 3rd Runner-up

    -Total of 6 Competing Teams but ONLY 1 winner will be chosen for the title Cake Wars Champion – Cake Group Category

    -Members of the winning Team will get P15000 cash prize, Sucere products, Certificate and medal. All 2nd and 3rd runner ups will receive medals and certificates only. 4th place will receive a certificate only.

  • -Must have a Team that consists of 3 Adult Individuals

    -Specific theme given on the day

    -Only 1hr to finish the cake

    -By application only. If accepted, registration fee is P4000.

    -Total of 4 Teams: Ranking will be Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up and 3rd Runner-up

  • -Must have a Team that consists of 3 Adult Individuals

    -Only 1hr to finish the cake with 2 sugar model figures

    -By application only. If accepted, registration fee is P4000.

    -Total of 4 Teams: Ranking will be Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up and 3rd Runner-up

    -Total of 6 Competing Teams but ONLY 1 winner will be chosen for the title Cake Wars Champion – Sugar Model Figures Cake Category

    -Members of the winning Team will get P15000 cash prize, Sucere products, Certificate and medal. All 2nd and 3rd runner ups will receive medals and certificates only. 4th place will receive a certificate only.

  • -The Top 4 Winners with the highest scores from all the categories will be competing for the title of Overall Cake Wars Champion

    -Specific theme is already adviced to all competitors

    -Only 1hr to finish the cake

    -Total of 4 Teams will compete but only the OVERALL CHAMPION TEAM will get the cash prize and the trophy

    -Members of the OVERALL CHAMPION TEAM will get P15000 cash prize, Sucere products, Certificate and trophy
